This 258’-0” long grandstand has 16 rows on the lower portion of the stand with a 10" rise and a 24" run that accommodates 2,256 patrons. In the center of the stand, there is an additional 8-row section leading up to the press box that is 80'-10" long with 336 VIP chairs. Access is provided to the stand via two ramps and four stairs, two of the stairs are in vomitory openings near the VIP area to allow for easy access. Upgrades include a 16” rise and 33” tread in the upper VIP section, an 8'-0" x 54'-0" press box building, and vomitory egress.
